We Build
Within the Estimate
under our Cost-Plus- Fixed-Fee Contract
A
BUILDER can not guarantee that in spite of all contingencies he will build within a certain figure, unless he makes undue allowance in his price for such contingencies,
Under our Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Contract, there are positive and often large savings in time, cost and trouble to architect and owner. There is complete cooperation of architect, owner and builder which produces the best building with the greatest speed and economy.
When the architect approves the Cost- Plus - Fixed-Fee basis and selects a
trustworthy builder to carry out his ideas, he assures to the owner the maximum returns for the money invested. Please feel free to investigate thoroughly our integrity and ability.
Our contract fits that building for which you are now drawing plans. We are ready to busy ourselves in your interest at any time—now. When may we confer on it? Write for our annotated Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract _ form, or our booklet “The Art of Building Within the Estimate.”
