There were twenty-eight columns in the colonnade; the order was thirty feet high; the dome was lower; there were only four bays in the corridor connecting the central mass and the wings; the end pavilions were wider; the building not raised as much above the street level, and there was a four foot stone wall surrounding the -entire site.
