OR the past ten years we have studied the ventilation of heat-producing buildings and factories. Starting with certain types of steel sash of unusual ventilating qualities, we have been able, by making the design of the building fit the sash, to secure results far beyond those previously accepted as standard.
Means have been found to cover entire plants with continuous roofs, thereby simplifying tool layouts, shortening the movement of goods, and reducing heating cost without sacrifice of either light or fresh air.
In wide buildings both single and multi-story arrangements have been found which secure air movement much beyond previous standards.
A roof formation has been developed which is far superior to the sawtooth for both light and ventilation.
Hundreds of buildings embodying these principles have been erected during the past ten years.
We believe this experience, especially in ventilation, to be unique. We are glad to place it at the service of architects and engineers, asking no other return than careful consideration of the value of LUPTON STEEL SASH PRODUCTS and of the designs we recommend.
