The pressure of limited space squeezed New York’s office-buildings into sky-scrapers.
A like necessity gave the architects, Henry C. Pelton and Allen & Collens, an opportunity to create the Park Avenue Church building with its three-story treatment.
Instead of separate buildings for Church, Parish House, Sunday School and Bible Class, the building includes the four, one above the other, reached by elevators.
The heating and ventilating grilles used throughout were selected from our collection of 500 special designs.
This No. 126 is one of our 500 special designs.
No. 258, like all our special designs, can be made in
any metal or in cast iron and then plated. TUttle & Bailey Mfg Co.
