The permanence and satisfactory character of Linerusta-W alton as a wall covering is well evidenced by the attitude of loaning institutions toward structures in which it is used. In New York City, when loans are asked on apartment houses, one of the questions almost invariably asked is the character of the wall covering for the foyer, halls, dining rooms, etc. If Lincrusta-Walton is specified it smooths the way and in some cases where it has not been specified the banker has made the use of this covering a condition of the loan.
