Pacific Coast architects have taken advantage of the climate and traditions of California in the design of ecclesiastical work and other buildings, in a way that ever tends to produce a lasting impression.
It is, of course, impossible within a short visit to discover all the buildings of merit, but I feel that the work I have mentioned deserves commendation from an Eastern confrere.
