Due West, S. C. — It is reported that the Due West Female College has engaged Carter & Pringle, of Columbia, S. C., as architects to prepare plans and specifications for proposed Carnegie dormitory.
Eau Claire, Wis. — It is stated that plans are being prepared for the Luther Hospital, which is to cost $75, 000. The main building only, which is to cost $30, 000, is to be erected at this time. T. Slagsvold is a member of the Building Committee.
El Paso, Tex. — The St, Clement’s R. C. Church, it is reported, has under consideration plans for building a $50, 000 church. Rey, Henry Easter pastor.
Fairview, Pa. — The State Commission at Harrisburg, it is reported, has decided upon a site at Fairview, Wayne County, on which to erect the buildings for the Criminal Insane Asylum. There is an appropriation of $150, 000 for these buildings.
